Epiphany Spirituality

The twelfth day of Christmas is January 6, when Christians celebrate the Feast of Epiphany.  Traditionally, the reading for this day is the arrival of the wise men or magi to visit the child Jesus.  Epiphany means “manifestation”, and this day we celebrate that Jesus is not just the long-awaited messiah for the Jewish people, but the Savior of the whole world.  In the season of Epiphany, we celebrate the growing light of Christ, not only in our world, but especially in our lives.  It’s a season of reflecting and seeking to live in ways that reveal Christ manifested more fully in our lives.  How is Christ being revealed in and by your life?  Read more about Epiphany spirituality here.
